Ajit Singh ji is a retired civil engineer who has worked in the irrigation department for more than 40 years. During his different postings he witnessed poverty and inequality in those towns. He now wishes to broaden his scope of resolving the problems of social and economic inequality. Being a 77 year old dedicated and committed man , he wishes to make efforts so that the economic inequality fades away and every child is treated as equal in the society.

Being a dentist who has recently shifted his field from Dentistry to Real Estate and getting success in both, he has an aim to transform the societal differences between the rich and the underprivileged. At Miles of Smiles, He believes one can not only fulfil his aim of striking a balance in the society and creating a fun environment, but also attain a sense of satisfaction from the work done. Dr Harvinder is also an avid traveller and a passionate Golfer, he looks forward to widen the scope of Golf in India through sponsoring the children for their training. Moreover, being an avid traveller, taking the kids for a fun activity to nearby destinations in order to make them seek hold of the opportunities to sit in elite cars and smile for miles.

Mr. Manoj Agarwal has done masters in Economics and management post graduate having 30 years of work experience with reputed companies like LML scooters, JK white cement, Fevicol, Gati, Dainik Bhaskar and Etv. In the past, he has handled various assignments, including pan India responsibility like profit centre head, sales head, marketing, systems and process development, operations, re - branding, setting up of new business etc. Last 13 years, associated with media heading large media companies.
